We deliver the printing materials with which we have been entrusted according to consistent quality standards compliance with which is strictly monitored. An external market research institute checks the quality of our deliveries at regular intervals. In past years, we achieved an average performance of 97% in these tests – impressive evidence for the high delivery quality.
We also carry out preventative spot-checks on all of our routes. These tests show where there is a need for action and where checks mights have to be intensified. We view complaints as a measure of the quality of our deliveries. We solve complaints quickly and transparently: Often, a targeted spot-check is carried out after a complaint has been received and the customer is presented with the result immediately.
In order to optimise our routes and determine delivery periods, we carry out regular GPS measurements. This creates the basis for a fair remuneration for all delivery drivers.
