The production and logistics centre of the Direct Mail Company in Niederbipp is responsible for the timely delivery of packaged print material sets. Twice weekly, more than 1.3 million sets are delivered to different reloading points – specially labelled for the relevant delivery routes.
Drivers are waiting at the reloading points of the Direct Mail Company at the agreed times in order to receive the print materials sets. After a thorough loading check, the items are delivered to the collection depots as set out in the transport documents and finally to the home depots, where the delivery vehicles are stocked up for the different routes.
